Window Title Changer is a small open source utility to change any window tittle of any running process.
Please post your comments here in this blog post to give constructive suggestion about this application. If I have time and I like your suggestion, I will make change in application. This application is published under GPL 3 license so you can always download the code from sf.net and modify it.
How to use:
- Provide search hint in "Current Name" text box. Application will populate all running windows whose title is starting this hint into lists below that.
- Now select one window from this list whose title you want to change.
- After selecting your target window, give new name in text box under "New Name" title.
- Click on "Change Title" to change the title.

ReplyDeleteno way in this software version. If you are programmer, get the source code and change the code to continuously look for title change and revert to what you like.

DeleteHey Sir! Replying late , but it seem latest windows 10 updates or whtever , made possible the chaning of a exe.icon , now with whatever picture i replace an exe. and start it , that new picture of the exe. appears in the task bar , strangely this was not a thing when i tried it before !
